Team ROAR Fitness Challenge – Day 6

Alright, y’all! We’re almost there.

Just two days left, and you’ll have rocked your way through our 7-day challenge!

Since you are hopefully feeling pretty fierce by now, I thought this would be the day to give you a choice:

Option A: Rock out with this hour-long (warm-up and cool-down included) workout from The Biggest Loser:

OR

Option B: Kick start today’s workout with this awesome, fast and effective warm up and then rock out with 5 rounds of super sets!

Full-Body Warm-Up

Now that you’re warm, you’re ready to go!

Complete 5 rounds of the following as fast as is safely possible:

1-minute Wall Sit
25 Sit-Ups
100-ft. Bear Crawl

If you don’t have enough room to crawl for 100 feet, go forward and backward for 10 feet.

If you need to rest between rounds, take deep oxygenating breaths and rest for no longer than 30 seconds. Circuit training is all about keeping your heart rate up so you can keep shredding fat!
