I’m getting super excited to kick off the 7-Day Team ROAR Free Fitness Challenge, and I’m hoping you’re looking forward to it as well!
Since we’re a week out, I thought I’d give y’all a quick overview of how it’ll work, and more importantly, how you can join the awesomeness!
Challenge Details and What To Expect:
As I mentioned before, one of the key parts to this challenge will be having your super straightforward and easy to follow nutrition guide.
How do you get it? Simple! I’ll send your Nutrition Made Easy PDF to you via email once your registration form has been completed and processed.
While this is a FREE challenge, there are a few commitments we’ll ask you to make.
Why? I wouldn’t be a good coach if I didn’t help you hold yourself accountable to your fitness goals. #winningtogether
During the challenge, we’ll be interacting and cheering each other on through a private Facebook group.
To start each day off, I’ll share that day’s 30 minute workout that you can do from home (or wherever you choose). Some of the workouts will be YouTube videos with a guided workout while others are infographics that give you sets of exercises to complete.
There’ll be 30-minute workouts for most days, and the Saturday workout will have a 60-minute bonus workout if you so choose to get your sweat on with that as well!
If you’ve never had a fitness challenge group before, let me tell you that time over time, we’ve found them to be incredibly helpful and so much fun, especially when each member participates and adds to the group.
So we can all get to know each other, we’ll have a daily “Get To Know You” post where we’ll share a little something about ourselves. Plus, it’s always great to start building new friendships as well, and what better way to do that then through laughter, support and sweat? #teamspirit
In the evenings, we’ll be sharing about our meals for the day. I can’t wait to see what y’all come up with from the nutrition guide we’ve created for you!
Plus, it’s great inspiration for all of us when we whip up something healthy AND delicious and share it with the group. (Hello drool-inducing photo collages!)
Or, if you want to keep it simple, you can just share what you ate and rate yourself on how well you stuck to the plan! #morewinning
My hope is that at the VERY LEAST, you come out at the end of this 7 Day Challenge realizing the importance and benefit of having GROUP SUPPORT and seeing how much FUN you really can have with this!
