Winner winner, pork chop dinner!!!
Any time ALL of my boys tear something UP, I HAVE to share it with my friends because it RARELY ever happens that all five of them love the same thing!! This is a FAMILY WINNER!!
Italian Panko Crusted Pork Chops:
I use the Ian’s brand gluten free Italian panko crumbs
2 eggs (beaten)
1/3 cup of parmesan cheese
8 pork chops (no bone)
Preheat oven at 450 degrees.
Put eggs in a bowl. Put panko crumbs on a plate. Dip each chop in the egg, coat with panko crumbs, place on greased pan.
Repeat until all chops are coated. Bake for 25 min or until inside of meat reaches 145 degrees. Broil for a couple minutes (watching closely) and then take out of oven and let meat rest for 5 minutes.

P.S. Kid-approved sides: Roasted Asparagus (clean, cut off ends, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and spinkle with himalayan salt – throw in the oven for the last 15 minutes of pork chops baking) and Annie’s mac-n-cheese…always a family winner!
