Top 3 Ways To Feel Your Best

One of my favorite “side effects” from working out regularly is generally feeling pretty darn good overall.

I mean, who doesn’t want to feel strong, look better naked (or in a swimsuit), and have better health and less wobbly areas overall?

There are a ton of factors that play into our sense of well-being, so this week, I thought I’d send a little inspiration your way for how to feel your best!

Your Best#1 – Do This:

  • Laugh more
  • Breathe deeply
  • Forgive
  • Get enough sleep
  • Regularly tell your friends and family how much you love and appreciate them
  • Exercise. Every darn day. JUST DO IT!
  • Give thanks
  • Unplug
  • Follow your bliss
  • Hydrate  like it’s your job
  • Stop comparing yourself to others
  • Be true to yourself

#2 – Eat More of This:

  • Whole grains
  • Fruit
  • Veggies
  • Fiber
  • Fresh & local foods
  • Dark chocolate

 #3 – Don’t Eat This:

  • Fried foods
  • Fast food
  • Soda — regular AND diet
  • Store-bought juices
  • Refined sugar. This includes candy, milk chocolate, cake, donuts, pastries and even white bread!

What DRIVES You?

OvercomeAt the end of the day, it all comes down to this: What truly drives you?

Sometimes you just have to dig deep and be your own motivation! My drive is just to be my BEST, not only physically but in body, mind and spirit.

My drive is that my story might inspire someone else to no longer settle for mediocrity like I used to.

My drive is to inspire people to fall in love with pushing themselves, finding their limitations and not settling for that but breaking through and achieving things they didn’t realize were even possible.

My drive is to be the dreamer for those who just don’t have the belief in themselves yet to dream big.

My drive is to be a change-maker!!

So again I ask you, what is YOUR drive? You are a CHAMPION! Commit fully to living like it!
